Welcome to the FTP site for http://maizesequence.org, the official web portal for the Maize Genome Sequencing Project. The FTP site contains maize sequence and annotation data dumps as well as support software.

The subdirectories on the FTP site correspond to distinct recent releases of the maize project. The 'current' directory is an alias to the most recent release.
